The service was great but I had never paid for tire rotation with an oil change this is the first. But if you do go there ask for Gary this guy is straight up and honest, he will take good care of you. I would go back and not even think twice about it .

I called them at their Speedway location on a Saturday morning as my A/C was not operating correctly. They told me to come on down as they could squeeze me in. And they did, right away upon arrival. I sat down to read a book in their nice waiting room and upon their initial examination they wanted to do a more expensive diagnostic requiring some disassembly of some interior parts. It was more expensive and I agreed. About 30 minutes later they came back and said the problem was resolved and they did it without the more the enhanced expensive exam. I paid my bill which was less and a dinner and bar tab and was on my my way. Great service and team, especially on a Saturday. A faulty A/C system on a day when temps are to hit 105 is a big deal. But not to Garrigan’s. I was at the Speedway location. Next time I have an automotive issue, they will be the first place I call.

Thomas and his employee were very nice, communicated the issues and what the time frame would be. They were upfront of any issues and called me with updates. Fair pricing and pleasant experience!

The service was both prompt and reasonably priced. Thomas and his team were excellent. I brought my car in for an air conditioning recharge, and after performing the service, they noted that something was still not functioning correctly. They conducted a diagnostic test, which was very affordable, and determined that a few important cables had been left unplugged. To my embarrassment, I admitted that the oversight was my own, as I had recently replaced the alternator and had to remove the compressor to repair a damaged crank shaft sensor plug. Consequently, I was not surprised that I had neglected to reconnect a few cables for the compressor. Thomas smiled and remarked that they were there to help customers save money. I left having learned a valuable lesson, having saved a significant amount compared to the dealership, and having found a new mechanic to help keep my 2009 Lexus running perfectly. I highly recommend Garrigan’s, as they are truly professional and affordable. Thank you to Thomas and his team.

GO HERE! What a great service! I went in for an oil change and an alignment. I knew oil change was way overdue, but they mentioned my alignments was good and not needed. They did recommend other things but not at one pint they attempted to force a sale. They printed a quote of what other issues needed to be taken care of if I want to come back and take care of those issue. Regardless if I do the job myself which they will not take it personal, I am still coming back for other future service. I ended up at this business because I knew they had just hired a great tech (Gary) Very professional and 100% honest. I been following him for some years now because I know he is honest and does not allow techs to sell you something you don’t need. I prefer businesses that prioritize customer service and quality work, not just making a quick sale. Taking care of customers, standing behind the work, and earning their trust is how you keep them coming back!

I’ve had to take my car here twice and both times I was satisifed with the quality of work. I don’t know much about cars, but they do a good job of explaining things clearly, and when I call other shops around they quote about the same for the labor, so the pricing is at least somewhat fair. My car is always ready when they say it will be and I haven’t had any things that need rework. The pricing they get on parts does seem slightly high so in the future I will probably try to see if I can source my own parts locally (although for some things this doesn’t really work) secondhand.

From calling the shop I got professional service. When I walked in Cristi acknowledged me and greeted me in a professional manner. I would get phone calls and Taylor and Cristi gave me professional service giving me details about my car and what was going on step by step. I really appreciated that they gave me a run down with pictures of my car in my email. When I picked up my car Taylor saved my old car parts and showed me them and explained what was happening and why they were bad. I really appreciated how Taylor was professional, patient, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and honest. I would definitely refer them to everyone.

I recently brought my Ford Raptor into Garrigan’s Auto Repair shop because my air conditioner was not blowing cold air and I couldn’t have more impressed. They were upfront and honest from the start and told me that these types of AC problems aren’t as easy as just filling the system with Freon, and that it was more of an in-depth process to investigate and test the system to ensure they could find the problem(s). What really stood out was their commitment to customer service. Thomas Guarino, manager/ owner, kept me updated throughout the process, treated my vehicle like it was his own, and made sure everything was identified that required replacement. What sets Garrigan’s apart from most all auto repair places though, is that they could have charged me a lot more than what they did. I found out that this work was covered within my extended warranty with Ford, and Thomas encouraged me to take it back to the dealer so that all the repairs that were needed could be replaced at no charge. He could have just continued to dig in, continue to run up the diagnostic costs, but he was honest and stated that he’d rather me be happy, save money, then to string me along and continue to rack up costs. His offer was more than fair and he provided me with a detailed report inclusive of photos that I can use when taking the vehicle back to the dealership. Garrigan’s has absolutely earned my trust, and I’ll be returning for any future automotive needs. If you’re in Tucson and want a reliable, honest, and highly skilled auto repair shop, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

My 2002 Nissan Xterra is my baby & because she is so old, she requires extra love & care to keep her running like a champ! I recently had a couple issues I have never experienced in 24 years w/ this vehicle, but Garrigan’s was able to get her up & running as wonderfully as ever! Phil & Leonardo took the time necessary to diagnose the underlying issue & made sure to keep my vehicle until they could confidently get her running. The work I had done was replacement of the brake light switch & the starter assembly because both of these were causing a parasitic draw in spite of brand new alternator & battery being installed. I asked for a starter assembly from the dealer because this is such a crucial component. It took a few extra days to get the part, but Garrigan’s was able to store my vehicle safely & securely until they got the job done.

The best car service/parts repairs in Tucson. A place you can trust! It’s a place that not only take care of you and your car but also offer a warranty protection for 3-5 years. That means that that part of your car is covered for 3-5 years if these parts fail. I’ve been a customer for about 4 years give or take and i would never trade these guys for any other one! They deliver what they say, because they want to satisfy and meet your requirements! These guys don’t bullshit, what they say, they perform and deliver! I better pay a little more then go somewhere else pay less and no warranty for the service or parts is given! If it was a 10 stars review these guys deserve it!

I give this place the best recommendation possible. I am apprehensive of most mechanic shops from many past experiences and being female. I have absolutely been taken advantage of before at other places but this place was a wonderful surprise!! My expierence started with Christy on the phone. She was very sweet and professional and got me in THE SAME DAY for a pre-buy inspection for a used Audi. The place was busy and from the conversations I heard while in the lobby, they have repeat customers. That’s a great sign! They took their time and did a complete inspection. They found the car to be sound and with one simple issue without trying to upsell a thing. I asked if they were willing to do the work on the one issue and they gave me reasonable prices without pressuring me on a timeline. I wish I could recallthe gentleman’s unique name that was our technician but he was knowledgeable, fair and very nice. On a personal note, we were there at closing and got to interact with the guys who worked there. They were a Crack up. I didn’t get to meet Christy in person but she, as well as each one of the people I got to meet are the kind of people people I like to have as friends. Just good people. Taylor, Cristi and Carbine were all fantastic. I went in with a minor undercarriage issue, and they got me in and out of the shop in under an hour and didnt even charge me. Truly wonderful family owned and operated business. No hidden or predatory pricing. GO SEE THEM!

They got me in first thing in the morning 730 am to see why my AC was blowing hot. They said gives us about an hour to look at everything took less than half that. They explained what the issue was what options I had and which one would be the better option and why so it didn’t really feel like an up sell. They also explained what to listen or watch for to avoid a whole nother issue since I couldn’t get it fixed right then and there. Az heat is brutal AC systems are expensive whether it’s the car or the house they sent me an easy pay option via text so when I’m ready I don’t have to pay all up front if approved. Showed up with 2 infants and a 10 year old they had stuff for the walker to play with the 10 year old to read and sent us out with cold water bottles.
